Partial Refund

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, you may request a partial refund up to 5 days before the scheduled start time.

  3. Refund Issuance: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Promotional Offers: Purchases made during promotional periods or using discount codes may not be eligible for a refund unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms and conditions.
  2. Customized Services: Personalized or customized services, including one-on-one coaching or tutoring, are not eligible for refunds once the service has commenced.
